Default voicemail password
- The default password is 1234 - If you have changed it and are unable to remember, the support team can reset it for you.
Voicemail greetings
- If you utilize a custom voice mail greeting, you will need to record it on the new system. Instructions can be found in the IT Browse documents in Sharepoint.
Overhead paging at Oakland Drive Campus
- Pickup a phone and dial extension 7777
- Wait for the tone and begin speaking
- Hang up handset
- You currently can speak for up to 60 seconds

Phone assignment status
- With the new system, phone numbers are generally assigned to users instead of phones. While unassigned, indicated by the word "Available" in the upper left corner, phones can only call internal 4 digit extensions and can not receive calls. You may assign the phone to yourself or contact the support staff for direction if it is a multi-user phone.
Adjusting Phone Display Contrast
- With the phone on hook, press and hold the mute button. (The LEDs should NOT light and you shouldn't hear any tones; if this isn't the case, lift and replace the handset and try again.)
- While holding the mute button, press the up or down key on the navigation pad repeatedly to increase or decrease display contrast.
