Windows: Skype for Business is included with Office 2016. It is located in the Start Menu>All Applications>Skype for Business 2016.
macOS: It is currently being distributed and should be available in Finder>Applications>Skype for Business.
Personal
Windows: Skype for Business is included with Office 2016. The Office suite can be installed from https://portal.office.com/account/#installs. You have five licenses for personal use.

O365 (Outlook Web Access): Skype for Business functionality is built-in to OWA. You can access the Instant Messaging capabilities from the icon in the top right. When creating a meeting, Skype functionality can be added by choosing the "Add Skype Meeting" button at the top of a new meeting.
Using Skype for Business
Microsoft publishes a huge amount of resources including videos, PowerPoint slides, PDFs, and web-based instruction on their site.
Skype for Business is capable of communicating with non-SfB (personal Skype) users as well. External users can be added to the Skype for Business client and can accept meetings made from both a Skype for Business client and Office 365.
